ByBeeyz is located in Zwijndrecht, Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 72639504. ByBeeyz specializes in the sale of exclusive evening dresses and also offers a selection of children’s clothing.

Article 1 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions through the ByBeeyz webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

Article 2 – Exchanges and Voucher
Return policy
We do not offer refunds. Items, including discounted products, can be exchanged for a voucher equal to the product value, valid for one year.
- Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Customers may receive a voucher valid for one year.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Worn or damaged items are not accepted for exchange or return.
- The item must have the original label attached.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via info@bybeeyz.com. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original label attached. Exchanges may be refused if these conditions are not met.
After 14 days, the right to exchange expires.

Article 3 – Products and Quality
ByBeeyz supplies high-quality luxury evening dresses. We strive to provide accurate product information but reserve the right to correct any errors or price changes.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Currency can be changed via the website.
Payments can be made using available methods, including Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting already placed orders.

Article 5 – Orders and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment is received.
ByBeeyz is not liable for delays caused by shipping services or other external factors.
After shipment, customers receive a track & trace code to follow the delivery status.

Article 6 – Warranty and Liability
ByBeeyz guarantees that products meet normal quality standards. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, washing issues, or other external factors is not covered by the warranty.

ByBeeyz reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be published on the website and apply immediately to new orders.

Article 8 – Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier delays, or transport issues, ByBeeyz is not liable for late deliveries. Customers will be informed as soon as possible and alternative solutions offered if needed.

ByBeeyz respects customer privacy and processes personal data only to fulfill orders and provide relevant information.

Article 10 – Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the receiving authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. ByBeeyz is not liable for these extra charges.
If a parcel shipped outside the EU is returned to us because the customer did not accept the delivery or failed to pay the required customs fees, additional import or customs charges may be applied upon return. These costs will not be covered by us and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays, additional charges, or returned shipments caused by the customer’s failure to pay customs or import fees on time.

Article 11 – Reserving Evening Dresses
We do not set aside or reserve any evening dresses.
All evening dresses available on our website can be ordered directly through the webshop while stocks last.
A product is only reserved for you once the order has been fully completed and paid for.
